The Allegheny County Health Department is developing a plan to help make Allegheny County a healthier place to live, work and play. ACHD will be holding community meetings/conversations about healthy communities. They will be presenting the findings of their first major Community Health Assessment (CHA) and is welcoming public discussion and participation.
