• The proposed project will add 4 new units of student housing to the top floor of the existing structure and renovate the existing units

• The housing will support Duquesne University, Point Park University, Pitt, and Carnegie Mellon University students

• The proposed project includes renovated existing commercial space for a new kitchen tenant on the first floor

• The Development Team participated in a Development Activities Meeting (DAM) Nov 10th and received feedback regarding MWBE participation on the project

• The Development Team completed a modified submission to the DRP for the proposed redevelopment of 1014 Fifth Avenue
• The Development Team responded to feedback and agreed to MWBE participation levels (30% MBE, 15% WBE). No existing residents will be displaced, only temporary relocation.
• The Development Team has also agreed to share marketing for the units, public art opportunities, and additional opportunities for Hill District residents, businesses, and organizations.

NOTE: This is a special project that does not require review by the DRP due to adding 4 or less new units of housing
