• Jubilee Soup Kitchen is renovating its existing two story building and constructing an addition that will provide an accessible route to the building’s second level. The building will incorporate a food pantry into its existing programming.
• During renovations Jubilee Soup Kitchen will not be closed, but instead, provided alternative solutions to continue to service clients.
• 5 parking space adjacent to the building
• The current building supports a soup kitchen clothing room, guest bathrooms and showers, counseling office, laundry and administrative offices. These items will remain with the new renovations.
• The DRP reviewed and scored the project passing with an 89% – B
• The DRP will invite the Development Team to formally present to the larger community during a Development Activities Meeting.
• The Community scored the project passing with an 82% – B
