The Business Leadership for Social Transformation (BLAST) program is a 12-week business leadership development program designed to provide core business development programming for small business owners seeking to develop deeper professional and personal competencies. The BLAST program is comprised of a small cohort (7 to 10 business owners) keenly focused on developing leadership skills that create a solid foundation for growth, and the ability to use their brand as a force for good within the community. The training is designed to position participants as business leaders with the resources necessary to create opportunities in the Hill District.

Training designed to position participants as business leaders with the resources necessary to create opportunities in the Hill District.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
All applicants will be considered; however:
- Preferred applicants will have been in business for at least 6 to 12 months.
- Service-based businesses should be actively working with at least one client.
- Ideal applicants will demonstrate a willingness to grow as business leaders and play a key role in helping to transform our communities.
Must be able to commit to a 12-week cohort program.
