The Hill CDC BizU provides technical support to entrepreneurs to help with business planning and support. Technical experts from Chatham University’s Women’s Business Center, University of Pittsburgh Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence, and Allegheny County’s MW/DBE liaison host office hours at the Hill CDC. The Hill CDC serves as the liaison to schedule and confirm the appointments.
