2343-2345 Centre Avenue

The Hill Community Development Corporation purchased two adjoined properties at 2343 & 2345 Centre Avenue as part of their mission to provide affordable housing and to preserve the structures’ historic character and use. The property has been vacant for over 15 years. This residential renovation project will convert the six-unit apartment building into six for-sale affordable condominiums designed for American Veterans. Each structure contains three spacious one-level units. Ownership of the newly renovated condominiums will provide Veterans with the stability and satisfaction of owning a home while alleviating the responsibility of exterior maintenance and yard upkeep.
