Renee is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Compliance. She also holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Southern Connecticut State University and a BA in English from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, Douglass College.
She has served as a Paralegal Specialist and Administrative Professional, supporting nonprofit organizations, real estate development firms, consulting companies, and government entities. Her background in compliance, governance, and administrative systems strengthens the Hill CDC’s administrative and organizational work.
Renee directly supports the President and CEO and plays a key role in advancing the work of the Hill District Development Review Panel, the community’s formal mechanism for community review of development In this capacity, she helps ensure that materials are organized, processes are clear, and community review is structured, transparent, and responsive. Her work supports the integrity of the Hill District’s development ecosystem and helps uphold the standards that protect our neighborhood’s future.
In addition to her professional work, Renee is a talented creative, a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc, and she also serves as Executive Director for the Miss International Liberia Pageant, the Miss Liberia in the US Pageant, and the Miss Global Liberia Pageant, demonstrating her commitment to leadership, culture, and global engagement.
