RFP for Cultural Sustainability, Business and Strategic Planning Consultant

The Hill CDC is seeking a consultant to support the strategic planning and sustainable activation of the historic New Granada and Centre Avenue corridor. This opportunity will focus on developing business models, partnership strategies, operational plans, and implementation frameworks for key cultural initiatives, including the New Granada Black Box Theater, Multi-Purpose Event Space, and corridor-wide programming efforts. Consultants with experience in cultural facilities, arts-based development, business planning, and community-centered revitalization are encouraged to apply. Applications are due July 23, 2026.
Bids for 2700 Bedford Ave

The Hill CDC and PHDC invite qualified contractors to be part of the continued investment and revitalization happening in the Hill District. Bids are now open for work on the 2700 block of Bedford Avenue, supporting the rehabilitation of eight vacant homes and façade improvements for seven privately owned homes in the Bedford Dwellings neighborhood.
This project reflects our shared commitment to preserving community, strengthening neighborhood blocks, and creating visible progress that benefits Hill District residents. A pre-bid meeting will take place on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 9:00 AM, and bids are due Friday, June 5th, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Interested bidders must register through Ion Wave Technologies, the URA’s electronic bidding platform, to access the full Invitation for Bids and submit a proposal.
Request for Proposals: Lower Hill District Housing and Mixed-Use Development

The Hill CDC is sharing an important opportunity for developers to help shape the future of the Lower Hill District.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority’s Request for Proposals remains open for the redevelopment of 6.82 acres in the Melody Tent section of the Lower Hill. Proposals are due Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
The URA is seeking one or more developers to support new affordable and/or market-rate multi-unit housing. Mixed-use and commercial development will also be considered.
This opportunity builds on ongoing neighborhood investment and calls for development that reflects the needs, priorities, and future of the Hill District community.
Interested developers are encouraged to review the full RFP and submit proposals by the June 9 deadline.
