October 2021

• August Wilson House submitted a proposal to the DRP
• Project scope includes final Site work and Landscaping for outdoor areas of use
• Outdoor areas include a Welcome Space and Outdoor Performance Space

November 2021

• The DRP conducted an internal review of the project and has invited the development team for a formal presentation during their December meeting

December 2021

• The Development Team formally presented to the DRP during their December meeting
• The DRP reviewed the presentation and scored the project a 95% – A being in alignment with the Greater Hill District Master Plan
• The Development Team has been invited to present formally to the larger community during the 2022 Q1 Community Meeting

January 2022

• The August Wilson House Development Team formally presented during the Q1 Community Meeting/Development Activities Meeting on January 27th 2022
• The development project received favorable scoring from community residents as being in alignment with the Greater Hill District Master Plan
• The Development Project received a cumulative score of 92% – A
• A Letter of Support will be issued for the project
