• The DRP determined that the proposed project was in alignment with the Greater Hill Disttrict Master Plan giving a score of 82% – B

• Bethlehem Haven submitted a housing Development Proposal to the DRP
• The Development Project consists of a two phase Housing Development this development being Phase 2
• Four story building
• 34 affordable apartments – studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms
• Affordability under 60% Area Median Income
• Working with County on having all units subsidized so residents are only paying 30% of their income
