The Time Is Now: Facing Alzheimer's in Our Community!

Many Americans dismiss the warning signs of Alzheimer's, believing that these symptoms are a part of normal aging. This is of even greater concern for African-Americans, who are more likely to develop Alzheimer's disease than whites.

The time is now, to reflect on the future health of our flourishing community during Black History Month, to learn about this disease and to advocate for those who are affected.

Alzheimer Disease Research Center staff will be on hand to answer questions. COme leaqrn how you can volunteer in research to help cobat Alzheimer disease in your community!

Refreshments provided.
