DeShawn Lewis, Director of the Bureau of Small Business Opportunities/ PA Dept. of General Services

The PA Dept. of General Services is responsible for purchasing or contracting for equipment, supplies and services for the Commonwealth, and for awarding contracts to suppliers.

Liz O'Reilly, Deputy Secretary for Public Works/ PA Dept. of General Services

The Bureau of Public Works supervises, coordinates and oversees the design, bidding and construction of a wide range of State improvement projects.

Carl Knoblock, Pittsburgh District Director/US Small Business Administration

The SBA is an independent feral agency dedicated to helping aspiring entrepreneurs to start their own businesses and existing business owners to grow and expand their companies. SBA offers business education and training, financial assistance, government procurement training and assistance.

Cathy Onyeaka, Executive Director/ PA Minority Business Development Authority

Dept. of Community & Economic Development

The PMBDA provides low-interest loan financing to businesses owned and operated by ethnic minorities.

Doris Carson Williams, President/ African American Chamber of Western Pennsylvania
