• Developer was sent a detailed correspondence on May 8th advising of the specific deficiencies within his submission and what was required to cure those deficiencies. He was advised that he would be invited back to present once the deficiencies have been cured.
• Developer’s project was not scored as the documents submitted and presentation
  lacked detailed information regarding:
  • The project’s overall development vision
  • Intended resident population
  • Affordability structure and AMI levels
  • Community benefits
  • Resident prioritization strategies
  • Anti-displacement considerations
  • Development timeline and readiness
  • Project team experience and qualifications
  • Long-term neighborhood impact
  Without those details, the committee did not have enough substantive information to properly assess the proposal within the context of the established framework.
• Developer was invited to present to the DRP Committee on May 6th.
• Developer’s proposal was missing a Project Narrative and Project Team Information – he was notified of the deficiencies on April 21st and asked to submit the requested information.
• Developer submitted proposal on April 6, 2026.
