Proposed commercial space for an established restaurateur to open a new business underneath existing 2, 2-bedroom apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Proposed renovation of 77 Single Resident Occupancy units in an existing historic YMCA in partnership with ACTION-Housing.
Proposed new construction of eight (8) rental units - four (4) one bedroom units and four (4) three bedroom units.
Proposed a 70-space flat surface private parking lot with landscaping to service the tenants of the MedTech Building located in Uptown.
4,400 square foot communal space to meet, reflect, learn, and create.
Replacement housing for 700+ housing units. New affordable and market rate mix of 50% each will be brought to market.
